Paying homage to the 2022 Commonwealth Games, Longines has unveiled the HydroConquest XXII Commonwealth Games timepiece, a 2,022-piece limited edition.
Flaunting a bold design and anchored by the codes of diving, the special edition watch is water-resistant to 300 metres; and features a unidirectional rotating bezel; a screw-down crown and case back; and a double security folding clasp with an integrated diving extension piece.
Most striking of all is the vivid splash of colours echoing the event logo that embellishes the timepiece’s black ceramic bezel, as well as the minute-track of its black sunray dial.
Style and substance always work in synergy at Longines and in this particular case, the 41 mm steel case contains an exclusive self-winding movement with a silicon balance-spring—light, corrosion-resistant and unaffected by normal temperature variations and magnetic fields—to ensure high-precision, a longer life span and a five-year warranty for the watch.
Fitted with a stainless steel bracelet, the exclusive model also boasts a unique engraving of the Birmingham 2022 logo and “Limited Edition - 1 out of 2022” which endows its case back.
