Enjoy the fresh, opulent grilled oyster, a sign of abundance; the delicate Tara Shirako Ponzu, a sign of growing success; and the brilliant sweet potato with caviar monaka, a sign of wealth.

As we move on to the Nimono and Mushimono, savour the octopus and delicate abalone with kimo sauce, both signs of wealth and longevity. Two Yakimono grilled dishes, the amadai uroko yaki with uni sauce and the delicate A5 Wagyu beef with edamame sauce, reflect an unhindered path through life. Mouthwatering ohtoro with uni, chutoro with caviar, akami zuke with sesame, botan ebi marinated in Chinese wine, shiro ebi, and more dishes are guaranteed to satisfy your every taste bud. 
The chawanmushi with shark fin and crab meat is a sumptuous element of the menu. The nigiri trio showcases hotate with uni, a symbol of golden blessings; hikarimono, a symbol of prosperity; and engawa, a symbol of rolling fortune. Sakana no suimono, a beautiful clear broth, is the great palate cleanser and pleasingly rounds up the meal. As a pleasant conclusion, the rose ice cream and the fruit daifuku, a harmonic dessert that will bring you joy and sweetness.
